Subscription terms

Everything Fortify offers as a free product stays free. Pro adds a few deeper tools — mentorship, weekly insight reports, and the full lesson library. Here are the terms in full.

What Pro includes

Mentorship: 1:1 chat with another member who's further along on a similar path. Pro is required to start a profile and to send messages; reading an active match's history stays free if you ever downgrade.
Weekly insight reports: the full breakdown of your top triggers, high-risk times, and which coping tools actually worked for you. Free users see the shape of the report; values are unlocked with Pro.
The full lesson library: all Pro-tier lessons. Free users see a teaser preview of every locked lesson, so you know what's behind the gate before subscribing.

Pricing and billing

Pricing is shown in your local store currency on the in-app paywall and on your App Store / Play Store receipt. Both monthly and annual options are offered; the annual option is shown side-by-side with monthly so you can do the math.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
If a free trial is offered for your region, the trial length and the date of first charge are shown clearly on the paywall before you confirm.
If you cancel during a free trial at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Auto-renewal

Fortify Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, whichever you chose) unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The renewal charge is processed within 24 hours of the period ending and is the same amount as the original purchase, in your local currency, unless we have notified you of a price change at least 30 days in advance.
Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for, even after you cancel — you don't lose access immediately.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops auto-renewal; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Fortify Pro → Cancel.
Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Fortify Pro → Cancel.
From inside the app: Settings → Fortify Pro → Manage subscription (this opens the store-level page above).

We do not handle cancellations directly — Apple and Google own the billing relationship and are the canonical place to cancel.

Refunds

Refund decisions are owned by Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store) under their published policies. Fortify cannot issue or override platform refunds. To request one:

iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android: open the Play Store → Help → Refund request.

Price changes

If we raise the price of Fortify Pro, we'll notify you in-app and by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The new price applies to your next billing period; you can cancel before then if you don't want to renew at the new rate.

What you don't lose if you cancel

Your account, your check-ins, your journal, your identity work, your community history, and every byte of personal data stays exactly where it is. Free users keep full access to the free product after a Pro subscription ends.
